TPPC Online RPG Terms of Service

The TPPC Online RPG is meant to be friendly for all ages. While we try our hardest, due to the real time nature of the game we are unable to monitor all accounts at once for inappropriate conduct.

Shrimpy and the TPPC Online RPG staff reserve the right to terminate any account that has violated our site rules, acceptable usage policies, and any other offense we find that is not explicitly listed here.

The site rules are as follows (though not limited too):

1) Neither user names, nor profile entries may contain profanity, vulgarity, lude, or otherwise inappropriate language. The first offense will be that the name is change. The second will result in account removal or disabling.

2) Cheating people out of Pokémon via transfers is not allowed. Even though it's not actively enforced, trainers whom are known to have a history of violating standard trading/transferring ethics will have their transferring abilities removed. Defrauding others with multiple accounts will be considered a ban-worthy offense.

3) Macroing of any kind is not allowed. Accounts found to be macroing will be removed, and the player will be banned. There are no exceptions.

4) The TPPC Online RPG is to be played using one browser window and one browser window only. Using two windows in any aspect of the game is prohibited and runs the risk of causing damage to your account.

The TPPC Online RPG is a rather straightforward game. You battle, collect badges and try to become the Top Trainer. Any attempts to "hack", defraud, or otherwise inhibit the gameplay of others (or the RPG in general) will result in account disabling/deletion and a report to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Actions of this nature will not be tolerated and will be treated seriously.

Ban Types
There are 4 different types of bans. The first ban is a ban from the TPPC Trainer's Corner. Second ban is from the TPPC Online RPG Chat Room. A 3rd ban is from the RPG itself. The fourth and final ban is from all TPPC services. The aforementioned bans are in no particular order, and can be used in combination with one another if need be. Please do not attempt to test these bans, as it does little more than have us want you banned even more. If you're banned, you're banned. End of story.
